Recitals

·        Holiday Recital ~ This recital is held here at the studio on the first Sunday of December.  All students in both the Preschool Music & Dance Program and the Dance Program may participate.  It is a brief performance showcasing what the students have been learning throughout the fall.  Tutus are provided for the Preschool Music & Dance students and Dance Program students usually wear their regular classroom attire with something festive added.  Refreshments are served following the show. 

·        Preschool Music & Dance Junebug Recital ~ Students in the Preschool Program have a small recital held here at the studio on the last Saturday of their Spring Session.  Tutus are provided and our Performance Group will dance in this recital as well.  Refreshments are served following the show.

·        Spring Recital ~ Our annual Spring Recital is held at Mt Si High School in June.  This is the much anticipated performance for our Dance Program students.  There is a matinee and evening performance, and upper level students perform in both shows.  A $40 recital fee per student is required to participate in this recital.  Each student receives two free tickets and additional tickets are sold in advance and at the door for $10.  Accounts must be current before free tickets are distributed.  During the last week of the term, no regular classes are held at the studio.  Instead, students must attend the mandatory dress rehearsal(s) at Mt Si High School.  Check the Calendar of Events for these dates. 

Ø      Costumes ~ There is a fee of $80 per costume.  This fee covers the cost the costume, shipping, accessories, measurements, alterations, and props.  A deposit of $40 per student, per costume, is required and is due in November. The final payment of $40 per student, per costume, is due in January.  Please see the Calendar of Events for the exact due dates.   All students will be measured for their costumes during the first week in January.
